Our Story
Set in the old Police Headquarters at Tai Kwun, Chef Junno Li draws inspiration from a vast collection of Chinese cookbooks to create our menu. We serve lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and cocktails in this beautifully restored colonial building in Central.

Unlimited Dim Sum Brunch in Hong Kong
Unlimited dim sum brunch in Central every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3:30pm. Enjoy endless appetisers, dim sum, mains and desserts in the beautifully transformed Old Police Headquarters, with 120 minutes of free-flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, cocktails, wine and beer.

Private Events at The Chinese Library

The Dispensary Bar
Located between The Chinese Library and sister restaurant Cantina, The Dispensary serves east-meets-west cocktails, premium spirits, and refined bar snacks in one of Central’s most atmospheric spots. Sit indoors or out on the verandahs overlooking Tai Kwun’s Parade Ground and Hollywood Road.
Happy hour runs daily from 3-7pm, with signature cocktails, wine and beer specials, and unlimited snacks on Fridays. Walk-ins welcome.
