The Chinese Library is pleased to unveil our latest culinary masterpiece, the Treasures of China Remastered (百川珍味) dinner tasting menu. Following the prestigious accolade of being recognised once again as a One-Diamond recipient in the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Chef Junno Li creates a celebratory menu featuring a symphony of flavours where traditional signatures meet contemporary culinary ingenuity.
The limited-time menu presents dining options tailored for intimate gatherings of two (priced at HKD 1,688 for two) as well as larger parties of four to six guests (priced at HKD 3,888 for four; HKD 5,688 for six) and includes dishes Yellow Croaker with Soya Sauce and Crispy Garlic, Roasted Pigeon with Homemade Sauce, Roasted 45-day Imperial Peking duck and more.
