Chinese New Year Tasting Menu
The Chinese Library in Tai Kwun presents a Chinese New Year Tasting Menu from 27th January to 13th February. The eight-course menu is priced at $1,188 per person and features Chef Junno Li’s finest creations with a seasonal twist. Feast on Wok-fried scallop and asparagus with xo sauce, followed by Braised South African abalone with oyster sauce, and Crispy lotus seed puff to bring good luck and fortune for the Year of the Snake.
